"Does your company mandate drug
testing?"
No,
we do not. Please don't be alarmed. Like I mentioned earlier, we are a small
personal company. My employees are considered part of my family. We have
established close personal relationships with each of them. My
technicians are genuinely good people, they are stable, they have families,
and they are educated. They are well compensated for their performance
and experience levels. Drug testing promises are just a sales-pitch that
other companies use because they have high employee turnovers. I
feel drug tests can be tampered with to show a negative result by anyone
who wants to pass it. Personality and experience are the only true drug
tests available. I can only reiterate that I have known each of my
employees personally since they were very young (more than fifteen
years) and these are great, trustworthy people, you can hold me to it.
