Pricing Guide

Current Hourly Rate: $45.00 per hour per technician

Service Call Rate: $65.00 for the first hour, $45.00 each additional hour (same day before 2pm)

Bucketvan: $35.00 per hour + technician rate.

Small Trencher $1.25 per ft.

Large Trencher $1.75 per ft.

Backhoe & operator: $125.00 per hour, does not include delivery fee of backhoe (based on location).

Electrical Inspections: $65.00 - $130.00 based on square footage of home.

Residential Wiring Systems: $2.50 per sq. ft. (does not include any fixtures or APS/SRP feeders)

AC Service: $65.00 for initial inspection, coil cleaning, freon level check. Most AC repairs are completed the same day.

Emergency Service Calls: $67.50 per hour weekdays between 2pm and 8pm, and Saturdays before 2pm. $90.00 per hour weekdays after 8pm, Saturdays after 2pm and Sundays all day.
Retail Items: all items are subject to Pinal County Sales tax + shipping and handling.
